We speak to Rev. Jolene Bergstrom Carlson, executive director of the organization Ministry Mentors. It is a Christian organization, spiritually-based, independent, and cross-denominational, that supports pastors by providing independent, confidential pastor-to-pastor mentoring among clergy.
