We are delighted to welcome back to the show Carrie Newcomer. She is discussing her recent book of poetry and new album, both of which are titled Until Now. In our conversations, Newcomer talks about her creative process, and about what life has been like as a touring musician in a pandemic.
Carrie Newcomer is a songwriter, recording artist, and author, described as a “prairie mystic” by the Boston Globe and “asks all the right questions” by Rolling Stone, Recent appearances include PBS Religion & Ethics, On Being and What We Need is Here: Hope, Hard Times and Human Possibility with Parker J. Palmer. Carrie lives in the woods of southern Indiana with her husband and two mutt dogs.
